Purpose
oSamp is an audio player for local files and content available through YouTube. The user is responsible for having the rights or permission to play the content and for complying with applicable law and third-party service terms.
Third-party services
YouTube and Google features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, as applicable. Lyrics may be provided by LRCLIB. The availability, content and operation of these services are outside the Developer's control.
Acceptable use
You may not use oSamp to violate the law, copyright, service safeguards or the rights of others. The application must not be used for unauthorized downloading, distribution or commercial exploitation of third-party content.
No warranty and liability
The application is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for data loss, indirect damage, or interruptions or changes to third-party services. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
