Effective date: September 21, 2026.
PU Sort It is a mobile game for children created by Rafał Daniś (the “Developer”). Privacy contact: kontakt@ifcode.dev.
What data the game processes
PU Sort It runs entirely on the device. No internet connection is required to play, and the game sends no data to the Developer.
The game does not ask for a name, e-mail address, phone number or any other information that could identify a child or a guardian. It creates no account and requires no sign-in.
Anything the game saves in order to work, such as progress and settings, stays in the device storage. This data is removed when the game is uninstalled or when its data is cleared in the system settings.
No ads, no microtransactions, no tracking
The game shows no ads and uses no advertising networks. Everything a child sees comes from the Developer.
The game contains no microtransactions and nothing that can be purchased.
The game uses no analytics tools, does not read the device advertising identifier, does not profile the user and passes no data to data brokers or advertising platforms.
Device permissions
The game does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar or the user's files.
Data about children
The game is intended for children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children, does not build profiles of them and does not target ads at them. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, no parental or guardian consent for its processing is required.
Distribution through Google Play
The game is distributed through the Google Play store. Downloading, installation and updates are handled by Google, which processes the related data under its own terms. The Developer has no access to the user's Google account data and receives only aggregate statistics from the store, such as the number of installs, which cannot be linked to a specific person.
If the user or guardian enabled crash reporting in the device settings, Android may send technical error information to Google. This is a function of the system and the store rather than of the game itself, and it can be turned off in the device settings.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the game changes. The current version will be published at this address.
